Inkiras offers a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy, allowing you to return or exchange items for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works: General Guidelines
– Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags and packaging intact. You can try on products but should handle them carefully to preserve their condition.
– Size Exchanges Only: Exchanges are limited to size changes. For alternate products, return the item for store credit and purchase the new item separately. Exceptions
– Non-returnable Items: Jewellery, Inkiras Luxe items, and customized items are not eligible for returns.
– Purchase Source: Only products bought directly from Inkiras website or mobile site can be returned. Items purchased from third-party distributors will not be accepted.Return Process
1. Initiate Return: Go to the “My Orders” section and click on ‘Return’. Note the Return ID generated.
2. Pick-Up Option: If eligible, schedule a pick-up for unused items. The pick-up will occur within 1-3 business days.
3. Self-Shipping: If pick-up isn’t available, securely package the item with the Order No. and Return ID and send it to

Exchange Process
1. Initiate Exchange: Follow the same steps as the return process in the “My Orders” section.
2. Size Availability: If the requested size is unavailable, you’ll have the option to convert your return into store credit or a refund.
3. Same Self-Shipping Instructions apply as above for exchanges. Refund Process
– Refunds are processed as store credits within 24-48 hours of item pick-up or receipt after self-shipping. A confirmation email will be sent. Multiple Products
– You can return/exchange multiple items from a single order; a single Return/Exchange ID will be generated for all. Issues with Delivery If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and details for resolution.
NOTE – THE RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY IS NOT VALID FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS. WHOLESALE ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED IN ANY CASE.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. If they are damaged or worn, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. We’ll notify you via email once your return or exchange has been completed.
Yes! When you send your return, be sure to get a tracking number from the shipping service you use. You can track your package to ensure it reaches us.
If you received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and provide a replacement or refund.
